She's an Emmy-nominated sitcom star, her on-again/off-again relationship with longtime boyfriend Nick Loeb is back on (for now) and, in a bit of an understatement, she's wearing 40 well … so let us be among those who wish Modern Family star Sofia Vergara a very happy 40th birthday.

The Colombian-born star turns 40 on Tuesday, and, People.com reports, she's celebrating her big day at the Rosewood Mayakoba spa in Mexico. Vergara is celebrating with Loeb and her son from a previous relationship, and her gifts included a bobblehead that looks just like her.

Did you know, by the way, that Vergara has a son? It's true. His name is Manolo, he's 19, and his father is Vergara's ex-husband, Joe Gonzalez.
