Hayden Christensen To Star in New Thriller

Star Wars actor Hayden Christensen has signed up to appear in a new thriller Vanishing on Seventh Street. Hayden, who played Anakin Skywalker in the Star Wars prequels, will star in the movie that will be directed by Brad Anderson.

The film has been written by Anderson and Anthony Jaswinski. The story for the flick is set in a once-thriving city where shadowy forms have caused residents to disappear explanation. Five people survive and fight to stay alive while trying to grapple with the meaning of existence. Christensen, 28, is to play a reporter while Crash star Thandie Newton is in talks to play a nurse in the movie. John Leguizamo is also in talks to play a subway operator. Filming is set to start in mid-October in Detroit.
