Hayden Panettiere Enjoyed Her Girl-On-Girl Kiss

We've all been hearing about Hayden Panettiere's upcoming girl-on-girl kiss in the television show Heroes for a while now. And now we're hearing about how much Hayden enjoyed the scene. In fact, it was her idea to do it!

Yes, it was Hayden Panettiere's idea to star in some girl-on-girl action in Heroes. I'm Not Obsessed tells us that Panettiere said, "I kind of threw it out there. The writers put you in relationships and I was like, 'Can I just be with a girl or something? Let's do that.' So they took it and ran with it." We're pretty sure this was an excellent idea for both Hayden Panettiere and the show's producers since it likely boosted ratings a lot. At least for that one show, anyway.

And it seems Panettiere is no stranger to girl-on-girl action and it may be something she's tried from time to time in her own life. She says, "When you are young, you experiment and you have fun. It truly is a person that she just falls in love with, because she fulfills her and she is her best friend."

In fact, she makes it sound like it's simply been a regular occurrence in her everyday life. Hayden Panettiere recalls, "It's great to be single. It's great to have boyfriends. Or girlfriends. There are occasions when you kiss your best friend growing up, having fun and goofing about. Like perfecting your technique." We're not really sure how often girls kiss each other to "perfect technique," but whatever you say Hayden.

We wonder if Heroes producers will keep Hayden kissing girls in future episodes. Her co-star and kissing buddy, Madeline Zima certainly sounds up for it. She said it would be great to have it happen again.
