Heidi Montag Officially Files for Divorce

It appears that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's breakup is for real. People magazine reports that Montag officially filed for divorce from Pratt in Santa Monica Superior Court on Friday.

In the papers, Montag, who filed for separation from her estranged husband two months ago, cites "irreconcilable differences."

According to Montag's lawyer, Jodeane Farrell, "Heidi has amended her petition for separation and today has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage from Spencer Pratt. The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement. Both parties are amicable with each other and over the possibility of finalizing their divorce."
