Holiday Nail Polishes Celebs Love
It Doesn't Just Mean Red and Green
Taylor Swift opts for bright, trendy colors when the temperatures drop, and I think I'll do the same. While some people imagine holiday nail polish as solid red, green, and maybe silver and gold, I'm pushing the limit with anything that's trendy and bold-- just like Miss Swift.
Try these colors for a new pop! when it comes to your nails-- and don't forget to give your manicurist an extra tip for the season!
*Light Green: A light green is the perfect color to pick if you'd like something sweet and fun. It's the color of holiday candies and naughty drinks, and we love ourselves some of those come December.
*Navy: Anything that reminds you of an ornament is good to go. Try a shimmering topcoat to make it really shine.
*Magenta: Rich and dreamy, this is the sultry side of the holidays-- the one where you meet an old flame for drinks and drive him wild, or get a saucy lingerie present from your boyfriend/secret admirer/husband/lovah.
*Pumpkin-y Oranges and Gingerbreads: If you've done that glitter things before, and you've got plenty of matte green polishes, why not invest in a brown-orange shade with shine, one that reminds you of tasty baked snacks?
*Shimmery Gray: An opalescent gray will look gorg with your pearls and silver, dahling.
What's your favorite holiday nail polish color? This holiday set I found has quite a few of the above-mentioned colors, making it a great gift.
