Friendship on Facebook is a dicey affair. One day you're best buds tagging each other in weird photos and liking each other's statuses, and the next they won't even respond to a random poke. Well here's a question: what if they actually unfriended you ... and you never even knew?

Finding out who's toyed with your emotions by deleting you from their life on the internet -- kind of like digital doorbell ditching -- is no easy task.
Understandably, Facebook doesn't offer an option in its user profiles for you to turn into a creep, so you can either keep an eagle-eyed watch over your list of friends, or you can use this new app.
The folks at UserScripts.org have developed a new script called "Unfriend Finder" that allows you to find out why your number of Facebook friends suddenly dropped from 150 to 149, and who exactly is to blame.
The script also apparently works with Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Opera, and will show up on your mainpage much in the same way a new friend will.

So while we can show you how to find out who's left you in the dust, we can't show you how to get them back. You're gonna have to find a much trickier app for that one.
