Mine Are Always Chapped

Are you always battling flaky lips? It's a huge concern of mine, particularly when I'm face-to-face in meetings or... romantic encounters! Kristin Cavallari sported a gorgeous pouty pucker on a photoshoot, and I'm determined to get one as well. Here's what I'm going to try out.

I think I'm going to try the Ecco Bella Vitamin E Lip Smoother, which promises to eliminate cracks and dryness, plus it has color and shine (and a price tag of around $16 for a lipstick-tube size). You can also wear it over or under lipstick as you prefer.

Kristin Cavallari-style lips, here I come! I'm going to get the Rhubarb color, I think.
