Rachel Zoe's got one, and Mary-Kate Olsen loves hers almost as much as her Marlboro Reds.

No, it's not the infamous "horse pills" Zoe's been accused of providing her clients; it's the weird fur vest, or gilet (French for sleeveless jacket), both women have been spotted in.
