Ivanka Trump Feels "A Little Naked" Without Wedding Ring
And at six carats, she feels a backache with it.
Ivanka Trump appeared on The View Monday morning, catching a scolding from the hosts for forgetting to wear her wedding ring just a week after her wedding. "I knew you'd call me on that," she sighed. Here's how a girl forgets to wear over six carats of diamond -- Ivanka!
Ivanka contends, "I was engaged for three months and then I've been married around eight days, so it's sitting on my bedside table. I forget about the hardware."
Hardware indeed. Ivanka's husband Jared Kushner is said to have designed her engagement ring and collaborated with the head designer of Ivanka's jewelry company. The emerald-cut and platinum ring would hardly be an easy thing to forget to wear, but Elisabeth Hasselbeck said she can understand the mistake. After you grow accustomed to being married, Hasselbeck said, "You just don't even take the ring off. You keep it on. It gets dirty...But in the newlywed stage, you clean it and take care of it."
Ivanka's nightstand solution seems like a good one for now, at least until she and her hubby get used to sleeping with a diamond the size of a third person in bed. Check out video of her appearance on The View here.
