The Lyons-Mazeau Divorce Gets Dishy

It's probably the ultimate kick in the teeth for a man: his wife runs off with another woman à la an old episode of Friends. But this scenario is much more than a sitcom plotline for the husband of Jenna Lyons, president and creative director of J.Crew -- the brand of choice for Michelle Obama and Kate Middleton.

The stylish  brunette split with her husband of nine years, Vincent Mazeau, earlier this summer, and is now in the midst of a rather messy divorce. As New York Post's Page Six reports, the estranged couple are battling over money and child custody. There's a lot at stake since Lyons has 5-year-old son with Mazeau and earns around $5 million a year.

What's even more scandalous about the story is the fact that Lyons is now reportedly dating another female fashion mogul, Courtney Crangi -- the business brains behind her brother, hip celebrity jeweler Philip Crangi.

A fashion insider told Page Six: “After the breakup, Jenna fell in love with Courtney, whom she had been friends with for some time. They’ve known each other for years through the fashion business. Courtney is an attractive blonde who balances working hard with her family.”

Supposedly, Lyons and Crangi have been spotted sharing romantic dinners at restaurants and at some fashion events together. Friends say the new couple are quietly open about their relationship.

Of course, dinners with a female friend doesn`t necessarily mean they are in a gay relationship. If that were the case, the Real Housewives of Everywhere would be considered poster children for the gay rights movements. Nevertheless, if Lyons and Crangi are truly dating, then they would make one heck of a fashionable power couple.

“Yes, folks, a lesbian can be stylish,” exults The Huffington Post. “And not just kind of stylish, but really stylish. In fact, two lesbians can be stylish.”
