So reveals New York nutritionist Esther Blum. She says the best way to lose weight is to indulge in fatty foods and alcohol. What a minute, this sounds like a diet we can really dig in to!
So, we have to wonder, if this diet actually works, then why did we gain all those Christmas cookie and cocktail pounds over the holidays? We were basically following the plan, right? But, Blum explains “we should all be eating full-fat food,” just not overdoing it - oops, guess that’s where we went wrong!
According to this food fanatic, fat-free foods register in the body as a carbs and thus contribute to weight gain. Plus healthy fats, such as those found in salmon, can be good for our hearts, bones, and skin. A facelift from the contents of your fridge?
