Ladies, meet your new bachelor

We can't be the only ones who were disappointed when they didn't announce next season's new bachelor on the season finale of The Bachelorette. But that's because they wanted wanted to choose a guy from the most recent season. Can you guess who it is?

The newest bachelor is going to be none other than Jake Pavelka. You may remember him as Mr. Perfect, the man who was just a little bit too perfect for bachelorette Jillian Harris. To be honest, we agreed with Jillian. Jake was kind of annoyingly perfect on the show and like he was really into himself. He actually reminded us a bit of Tom Cruise.

But there's no denying this Dallas pilot is one very good-looking man and we're sure there will be plenty of ladies more than excited for a chance to meet and date him. PopCrunch reports that Jake has said, "I've dated some really amazing girls, but I've never been successful at finding that one girl... and I saw how the whole thing comes together, the process with Jillian. I saw how the process works and I believe in it. That's a unique way to meet somebody."

We don't know how much the process works, but we do know that we love watching it! Can you believe The Bachelor is already in its 14th season? We know it's pretty much the same thing every season, but we just can't help watching. The new season of The Bachelor with Jake starts in January 2010. Will you be watching? We wish Kiptyn, Reid, or Michael would have been chosen as the bachelor, but maybe they're in happy relationships by now!

I just think it is sad that this guy actually thinks that this is reality. They made up stuff on the bachelors duriing the bachelorette and the are making stuff up right now. Also, how is it okay to be kissing 15 different women over a few weeks? Yuk!
