Jamie Lynn Spears' Boyfriend In Crash

At least nobody was hurt.

Casey Aldridge, Jamie Lynn Spears' boyfriend and father of their 10-month daughter Maddie, was injured in a car accident early Sunday morning in Louisiana. Now, we have learned that police have charged him with careless operation of a vehicle.

Casey Aldridge reportedly suffered a fractured skull in the accident and is currently at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Spears and Aldridge's family are by his side. A source said that he is doing fine, "The doctors are pretty positive he's going to be okay. He should recover fully. Of course you never know, but they're not expecting him to get any worse."

So, what happened? 19-year-old Casey was driving his 2008 Ford F-250 pickup around 1:30 a.m. Sunday near Lake Bruin, a popular fishing spot. He was apparently on his way home from his cousin's bachelor party when he and a few friends decided to go crabbing. Casey lost control and the truck went off the side of the road. He was charged with careless operation of a motor vehicle, which is a misdemeanor offense.

I know I always want to go crabbing after a wild party in the middle of the night.
