James Watson and Jamie Lynn Spears have reportedly been dating since December. He is the owner of Advanced Multimedia Partners, a company located in Hammond, Louisiana that installs high-def TVs and communications equipment to businesses. Hammond is just roughly an hour from Jamie Lynn's hometown of Kentwood, which Jamie Lynn lives close to with her 19-month-old daughter Maddie.

Friends of Jamie Lynn have revealed the dynamic between her and James Watson: "I don't think James cares at all about who she is; they really seem to like each other ... James enjoys making money - and enjoys spending it too."

Big shocker right? Also not a shocker was Jamie Lynn's split from longtime love Casey Aldridge. Says a source who claims to know them both: "Even when she was pregnant, she didn't really see a future with him.
