Janine Lindemulder Arrested for Harassing Jesse James

Jesse James' ex-wife goes behind bars again.

One year ago Jesse James was sittin' pretty on the A-list red carpet circuit with Sandra Bullock, and now his life is upside-down again. Jesse's ex-wife, adult star Janine Lindemulder, is said to have turned so inappropriate that Jesse had her jailed over the weekend. Here's the story.

Janine Lindemulder copped a snarky smile in the mugshot that was taken of her in Texas on Saturday after Jesse James had her arrested. TMZ got ahold of legal documents Jesse filed, stating that his ex-wife was disturbing him with more than 300 "chronic harassing telephone calls (at) all hours of the day and night" since he moved to Texas last summer. Another report classifies Lindemulder's contact as "abusive and bad."

Janine Lindemulder was near Jesse's home in Austin, Texas Saturday when cops apprehended her and took her jail. She spent the night there and faced a judge, who charged her with three counts of misdemeanor harassment. Lindemulder was freed Sunday on $6,000 bail.

Meanwhile, Janine's lawyer wasn't aware that she'd been arrested until reporters called him for a statement. Later he said that the reason Janine has been contacting Jesse so persistently is because he won't let her see their seven-year-old daughter, Sunny. Do you believe it?
