Jay Leno Jokes About Hospital Stay

Never been better.

Night time television has a clean bill of health.

After spending a day in the hospital last week with a 103 degree fever, Jay Leno returned to The Tonight Show on Monday with plenty of jokes about his brief sickness.

Leno used the experience in his monologue, even claiming that his HMO is so bad they had to gave him x-rays in the baggage claim at Burbank Airport. Then, after waking from a horrible dream where he felt he was suffocating, he realized it was just Conan O'Brien holding a pillow over his face.

But once the jokes were made, Leno got sincere for a moment and thanked all his fans for the support and well-wishes. We join them in hoping he stays healthy and continues to crack one-liners for a long time to come.
