Jennifer Lopez Is Looking Amazing
How Did She Get So Toned?
I need a good toning session! At least Jennifer Lopez is inspiring me to look half as awesome as she is... what's her trick? Since she's not talking, I invented what I thought might get us into her toned zone.
I personally like the Double Bell Row, which should be done carefully--you're holding two dumbbells in the same hand!
*Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a pair of dumbbells in your right hand.
*Step back on your right leg and bend your knees slightly. Bend forward slightly from the hips (pic here) and then place you left hand on your left thigh.
*Bring your right arm out below the shoulder, bend your elbow to draw your hand to your ribs.
*Do 12 rows and then switch sides.
