Jennifer Lopez Is Pissed

Jennifer Lopez is taking legal action against her first husband, just two years after she received a settlement award for $545,000 against him. It sounds like this is one marriage that keeps following Ms Lopez around--and we bet she wishes it wouldn't!

The lawsuit, filed Friday, states that her first husband, Ojani Noa, has been shopping around footage of the two is compromising situations to prep for his tell-all movie.

While this is clearly a violation, Jennifer Lopez has been so boring lately that it's almost nice to see things get spiced up, even if it's bad (Tell that to Jennifer's husband, Marc Anthony!) However, I don't want to see Mr. Noa's eyebrows play a prominent role in the film-they are just plain scary, and imagining what's below is disturbing me.

In 2006, Jennifer said that Noa had signed an agreement pledging not to publish details of their relationship, and when he ignored that, he got slammed with breach of contract. Is this going to be "fine no. 2" for Noa?

Jennifer's new lawsuit also accuses Ojani of breach of contract, and lawyers reportedly released cease-and-desist letters to filmakers requesting that they stop production on How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story.

Is Jennifer Lopez being a diva, or is Noa out of line? I wouldn't want to tussle with her lawyer...
