Jesse James Cries: 'I Threw Away An Amazing Life'

We reported Thursday that Jesse James is finally going to sit down for the first time on television since his sex scandal and split from Sandra Bullock broke. We now know some of the contents of the interview...and let's just say Jesse James knows what he lost.

We caught the sneak preview, with a tearful Jesse James voicing up for the first time on what really happened in his marriage to Sandra Bullock. When the Nightline interviewer asks James whether he cheated, Nightline's promo has him simply answering, "Yep." At one point Jesse James appears so overcome with emotion that he tells producers he has to take a break from the interview, so he walks out.

Jesse James responds to the comment that he's the most hated man in America with saying that he thinks he's the most hated man in the world. James adds, "I took a pretty amazing life and marriage ... and threw it away."
