As every human being knows, when you wear a tight belt around your waist, a chunk of belly has to be replaced. That's exactly what happens to the paler, curvier version on the left. But the post-op Jessica Alba, who in real life just had a kid, looks more like Jessica Rabbit than herself. And her tan? They were supposed to shoot her drinking the dark aperitif, not cover her in it.
