But what about the people who are beautiful already? Recently, before and after photos were leaked of actress Jessica Alba, whose looks are arguably above-average. Her shoot for the Italian booze-peddler Campari and its modification has stirred up quite the buzz.

As every human being knows, when you wear a tight belt around your waist, a chunk of belly has to be replaced. That's exactly what happens to the paler, curvier version on the left. But the post-op Jessica Alba, who in real life just had a kid, looks more like Jessica Rabbit than herself. And her tan?
