This Time It IS An Actual Baby Bump

After months (nay, years) of tabloid speculation that she's pregnant, Jessica Simspon today confirmed that she actually is! 

A source "close to the situation" has told In Touch magazine that Simpson and her fiance Eric Johnson are expecting and that she is "already having kooky cravings! Especially nacho chips dipped in chocolate, (which satisfy her urge for salty and sweet) cheese-flavored popcorn and non-alcoholic margaritas."

With the birth of this child, Simpson, who became engaged to Johnson, a former NFL player, last November, will become a mom for the first time -- though she's had plenty of practice playing "auntie" to baby sister Ashley's son Bronx Mowgli.

This baby news helps to explain (perhaps) why Simpson and Johnson postponed their intended Labor Day nuptials. Simpson had been fishy with the details about why they'd pulled the plug on the affair which led to suspicions that perhaps there was trouble in paradise. Maybe it was just because they didn't know how to work in the pregnancy.

In Touch's source revealed that the baby is due sometime in the spring so perhaps they'll tie the knot beforehand. Perhaps not. We'll have to wait and see.
