While we expected a decision this morning in the scuffle over whether Jon Gosselin took $230,000 over the weekend from the bank account he shares with estranged wife Kate, an emergency occurred this morning that will put the decision off even longer.

The judge in the case stepped in Monday afternoon to determine whether Jon Gosselin had violated court orders after Kate accused him of leaving her with only $1,000 to pay bills and feed the kids. The judge was expected to rule on the case that same day, but when he delayed the decision, the delay appeared to be due to questions over the litigation.

Meanwhile, the real story is that the judge's wife was terminally ill with cancer, and she passed away this morning. No word just yet on when the official bank account ruling will take place, but until there is, get caught up on the Gosselin money scandal.
