Jude Law Has to Pay $5,000/Month in Child Support
Jude Law's Newest Addition Needs Support
Jude Law supposedly worked out a child support agreement for his baby with Samantha Burke, which includes visitation days every year as well. Why do we have a feeling that Jude isn't going to go above and beyond his court-mandated visitation days with baby Sophia?
The News of the World reported that Jude Law had talks with Samantha Burke in Miami to discuss financial support. While $5,000/month doesn't sound like much at first, he is paying support for Rafferty, Iris, and Rudy, his other three children in London already.
A source spoke to the NOTW and said that "Jude will visit his daughter at least twice a year, once around Christmas." (Oh noooo... won't that cut into his tropical vacation time with Sienna Miller?!)
As for the meeting at the hotel, the insider admitted that it wasn't exactly a passionate reunion.
"He was quite stand-offish with her. He cuddled Sophia and admitted she looked beautiful but his visit was fleeting and seemed mainly businesslike," the source said.
The more time that's passed after Sophia was born, the worse I feel about how things went down. Jude has his other children from his former marriage to Sadie Frost, and he does okay with them. Would it hurt him so much to be a part of this little girl's life as well? Sophia could have a rough childhood if her dad is MIA.
I still appreciate Jude Law's boyish good looks, but that's about it these days!
