Julia Roberts isn't afraid to tell it like it is, or give racy advice to the ladies out there. The beauty queen and chick-flick regular recently told a fan what to do for Valentine's Day... and it doesn't require a enormous paycheck as the face of Lancome, either. At a press conference in Beverly Hills for her film Valentine's Day, Julia Roberts gave up some of her simple romantic secrets for a good time on V-Day.

When a fan asked Julia how she could "make him make me happy on Valentine's Day,"Julia laughed and responded "Wow. Can we at least dim the lights?"

Julia went straight to meat of the problem after her initial joke, asking the woman if she had sex with her boyfriend already. The woman started to sit down, but Julia said "You're the one that brought it up. You opened Pandora's box! Where's the problem? We can fix this."

After the woman said that her boyfriend said that she was a "bad planner," Julia said that she should "Make a nice dinner reservation now, because that's the biggest night out of the year - have a nice glass of wine, and take your top off." Well, well-- we can all handle that!

The Oscar winning mum of three recently admitted that her own Valentine's Day plans are pretty basic-- she plans to be "making out" all day. Julia said that she and her husband, Danny Moder, will kiss "for the full 24 hours" on the 14th. Maybe they'll take advantage of the long weekend, too...?
