Remember waaaay back in September when Kanye West was cuffed for freaking out on the papz at LAX? Well, that case is back with a vengeance!

The LA Times is reporting that, though cleared of all charges by the L.A. County District Attorney's office last year, new charges are brewing for the egotistical superstar stemming from the same alleged attack on TMZ's cameramen. The rumored misdemeanors being considered include vandalism, battery and grand theft.

Wow.

I guess driving drunk is ok in L.A., but they'll wait six months to come back at you with charges that you tossed a camera. It really is the place where a celeb can go to be a hardened criminal!
