Kat Von D Confirms Jesse James Romance on Twitter

Today there are some Hollywood reps in panicked disaccord, as Jesse James' handlers try to snuff out the rumors that he and Kat Von D are getting it on. Tuesday afternoon Kat took to Twitter to announce to her 250,000 followers that yes, she is dating Jesse James. Looks like the tweet made Jesse mad...here's how Kat's trying to fix it.

"And yes," Kat Von D tweeted Tuesday, "Jesse and I are dating."

The twenty-eight-year-old TV tattoo artist was seen in Las Vegas last Saturday night enjoying an "intimate" steak dinner with Sandra Bullock's ex-husband, 41-year-old Jesse James. A new account reveals that Kat and Jesse attended the Bodies Exhibition that same night, where they shared what witnesses are calling a "passionate kiss" in the exhibit's circular room.

Jesse James' reps have tried to smear rumors of the date, insisting that the pair are "just friends." Why the PR emergency? Well, Sandra Bullock finalized her adoption of her seven-month-old son Louis on August 13 and then released a statement that hit the press Wednesday. The statement revealed that Bullock supports Jesse's decision to move to Austin to be closer to Bullock and baby Louis.

But now that word's out about Jesse and Kat Von D, Sandra, who's been agreeable about divorce arrangements up to now, could find reason to make Jesse's visitation of Louis messy. It looks like Jesse's people took his plea to Kat Von D, who erased her tweet about dating Jesse right after she posted it.
