Kate Gosselin Bringing Back Family Dogs
Kate Gosselin fixing ex-husband Jon's mistake.
Remember last September in the heat of the Gosselin divorce/TV drama when Jon Gosselin got rid of the kids' two dogs because he said it wasn't "fair to the dogs to not be wanted in their own home"? He's a fool, says Kate Gosselin, and she's getting the dogs back.
Is this a publicity stunt on Kate Gosselin's part to win over the public before she makes her Dancing With the Stars debut? Or is she happy to have the dogs back in the house these days because it seems the woman is never home to care for any creature under her roof? We suppose both are possible, but what Kate's saying about bringing the family German shepherds home sounds sincere.
"My kids' lives have been changed and compromised and altered enough over the past year," Kate Gosselin says. "I realized if I had two difficult kids I wouldn't send them away and ask for new kids ... I'd never quit on my kids, so why would I think I was going to quit on my dogs?" Kate said that Shoka and Nala will be brought back to the Gosselins' Pennsylvania home "once the weather warms up."
It all sounds friendly enough, but here's what we were referring to with our Kate's-never-home comment: she spent most of this week in New York City promoting Dancing With the Stars and getting a seven-hour haircut. Here's what it cost.
