Kate Gosselin Puts Her Weave In a Ponytail

I think that Kate Gosselin still detests her hair, but doesn't want to offend Ted Gibson and PEOPLE mag, who totally comped her outrageous $7,000 weave of horror (pictured). The last time Kate was spotted, she was wearing a baseball cap + ponytail combo. Oh my.

Kate Gosselin picked up the kiddos in Wernersville, Pennsylvania wearing chunky high heels, jeans, and a hoodie, plus the crap on her head... we're referring to both the hat and the plastic hair.

The 20-hour hairstyle peeked out from under the cap as Kate Gosselin avoided the cameras at all cost (do you blame her?). Us Weekly says that the look is "proof" that she hates her hair because "A ponytail is often the look women who hate their hair resort to." I believe the source (and my eyes) more. Lots of women wear ponytails without loathing their locks, but we've seen Kate's hair... and it's probably true. Plus, even the secret source said she "hates it."

For the record, Kate Gosselin herself said that her hair was "weird" in a video about her new extensions, and the source said that "She thinks her hair looks over processed and damaged. She's afraid people will think she's one of Tiger Woods' bimbos!"

Do you think that the extensions are going soon? How long can Kate handle their high-maintenance styling requirements with all those kids and her debts? I am giving her long locks another two weeks, tops!
