She emerged around noon in a sexy red halter, red heels and a denim skirt with a sleek new look -- or, a sleek look, because the cut and color appear to be simple freshen-ups to what she's had since "Dancing With the Stars" last spring.

But here's what may be new: Kate Gosselin's hair stylist. Is Kate cheating on Ted Gibson? Gibson was the one who weaved her up with $7,000 extensions last spring, and we thought that the treatment sounded like a ripoff. Kate Gosselin has eight kids to feed -- has she found a more affordable stylist?! From these photos it's not clear which salon she visited...and the sign for Ted Gibson's Fifth Avenue salon is definitely nowhere in sight.
