Jon Gosselin's lawyer may have spoken too soon.

Friday afternoon Jon Gosselin's lawyer claimed that Jon had paid all of the $180,000 that he owed per a Pennsylvania court arbitration for having withdrawn that amount from a joint bank account that he shared with Kate Gosselin. Kate's lawyer, however, is singing a different tune.

Mark Momjian is representing Kate in the legal feud with estranged husband Jon, and Friday afternoon Momjian said he had only received $28,500 and was waiting on $152,000. "We still haven't had that money wired to us," Momjian said. "I have no doubt Jon's lawyer is making an accurate representation but I'm just waiting."

Meanwhile Jon's lawyer Mark Heller had been insisting on Friday that Jon was in "complete compliance" with the arbitration's demands. Heller added that Kate Gosselin hadn't yet provided the required itemized list of "household items" on which she spent $55,000 over the summer. Kate's lawyer, however, says, "Kate has complied with the court order in advance of the date," referring to Monday's October 26 deadline for both Gosselins to turn in their required materials.
