India Princess?

India will likely hold a very special place in Katy Perry's heart for the rest of her life. After all, it is where fiance Russell Brand proposed to her. And Katy is already letting India inspire her fashion, as you could see with her 2010 Grammys look!

Katy Perry wore a beautiful, albeit seductive, Zac Posen nude-colored gown to the Grammys last night and she looked fabulous. The dress was covered in gold metallic flowers and it bared her back and some side boob. Katy said of her Grammy look, "I have this whole kind of India thing because we just came back from India a couple of weeks ago."

In addition to the sort of India-inspired dress, Katy wore a jewel in the middle of her forehead and carried a hand-beaded Judith Leiber elephant clutch. Of course, because Russell Brand proposed to Katy while they were riding an elephant! The clutch was absolutely beautiful and cost Katy $5,595.

Katy and Russell still look just as in love as ever (of course, Russell was showing lots of chest hair as usual) and even talked a little bit about what Russell's proposal was like. Did you like Katy Perry's India-inspired look or did you think she was trying a bit too hard?
