What are you looking forward to?

2010 promises to be a pretty amazing year for Katy Perry. If everything continues as is, I have a feeling she'll be marrying current boyfriend Russell Brand. Plus, she's coming out with an album that's been labeled as one of the most anticipated of 2010. Who else joins her on the list of albums everyone is excited for?

We just finished discussing the best albums of 2009 and now we're quickly on to the most-anticipated albums of 2010. And trust me, there's lots to look forward to in 2010! Yes, Katy Perry is expected to release her new album, though she doesn't yet have a date for it. But we do know she's working with Weezer's Rivers Cuomo and Tricky Stewart, so I think it's going to be good stuff! And I'm wondering how many of the songs will reflect the happiness she feels being in love with Russell Brand.

But there are plenty of albums I can't wait to hear in 2010. Vampire Weekend (January 12), MGMT (January), She & Him, Kid Rock, Lil' Wayne (Feb 1), Drake, Usher (March), Missy Elliot, and tons more.

But one of the most-anticipated albums is definitely going to come from Blink 182 who recently reunited for a tour and will be releasing their first album since 2003. The album won't likely be released until later in the year, but with Blink 182's huge fan base and those curious to see what they come up with next, it's sure to garner a lot of attention.

Of course, everyone is also anticipating the next Twilight soundtrack for Eclipse, which will likely be released about a month before the movie. If it's even close to as good as the New Moon soundtrack than we certainly have a lot to look forward to! In addition, there's a possibility Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera will have new releases in 2010 as well. Oh, and we might even get a little something from Kanye West!

Which artist are you most excited to hear? It sounds like 2010 is going to be a good year for everyone when it comes to music!
