Kelly Rutherford's ex is still causing problems after a nasty divorce! The Gossip Girl mom recently had to file a restraining order against her ex, and she says that his behavior has caused some very negative impacts on her health. Interested in what they were?

Kelly said that her ex, Daniel Giersch, "has begun to follow me, my mother and my nanny and he shows up unexpectedly to threaten and scare us." Meanwhile, Daniel countered that her claims are "fabricated," and that he wants to co-parent his children without making "personal comments." Daniel also said that Kelly has been changing the dates of their joint custody switch-offs, so Daniel has been doing his fair share of worrying.
