Kevin Federline's been making waves as a messy home-wrecker--literally! The chunky ex-husband of Britney Spears has some bad habits that are going to cost him more than $100,000, according to TMZ. It probably would have been cheaper to just hire a housekeeper and be done with it, but maybe she wouldn't have been able to keep up with this level of destruction!

The damage has been tallied, and the totals hit somewhere around $110,661 in unpaid rent and damages, reports TMZ. The owners of the Tarzana, California place that K-Fed once called home is now a cigarette-strewn dump, according to the owners, and what's worse is that Kevin Federline reportedly skipped out on around six months' of rent.

The list of damages include:

*Permanent spit marks on exterior paint

*Broken tiles, light posts, light covers, and beer dispenser

*Dead tree and plants

*Front driveway oil-leak damage

*Drawings on walls

*Unlawful renovation
