Kim Kardashian and Ciara: Dinner Dames

Stepping out for a little all-important girl time, Kim Kardashian and Ciara were spotted hitting up STK Restaurant last night (May 12) for some dinner.

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” hottie and her R&B songstress gal pal were hounded by paparazzi as they exited the restaurant and jumped into their car.

In related news, Kim recently blogged that her stepfather Bruce Jenner was the family member that was going under the knife for an extreme makeover (earlier this year, she hinted that someone from her family would be getting plastic surgery).

She wrote, "Twenty-five years ago, Bruce was ill-advised by a doctor to have a partial facelift and a nose job. Unfortunately, the result wasn't what Bruce had hoped for and for years since then he has been the victim of cruel taunts from the media." His new look will be featured on this Sunday’s episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
