She's proud and getting slimmer.

Go Kirstie! Some people might knock the actress for her weight gain (and loss and gain), but Kirstie's committed to losing the weight again. Do you blame her for acknowledging facing her weight problems? It seems like people are being particularly nasty about the actress losing the weight she gained.

Kirstie admitted that she went up to 230 pounds after she lost weight in 2006. So far, she has lost 50 pounds and says that it has been fun. Whatever floats your boat, sweetie!

"I've lost over 50 lbs...and I'm having the time of my of my life...30 more to goooooo," Kirstie wrote on Twitter this week. She also published a hot TwitPic of herself looking great with a group of "men friends," shown.

Say what you want about Kirstie Alley's weight, because she is almost 60 years old and looks better than a lot of super-skinny Hollywood. That fat saved her face from looking gaunt and lined, and her hair is still fab. In other words, if she gets healthy, good for her, but she looks very pretty already.

"I was like a bank robber who was getting away with it," Kirstie said about gaining the weight back.

I hope that Kirstie Alley loses the weight she wants in order to be comfortable and healthy. I'm impressed that she's doing it again, and who cares if people are getting antsy about whether or not she'll keep it off? I don't mind her as a big diva, either. Nobody's ever happy!

I think Kirsti Alley is beautiful and cool whether she's over-weight or not! As long as she's happy.....!
