Kourtney Kardashian is Growing Up
Thank goodness!
Well, we would all certainly hope that Kourtney Kardashian is growing up now that she's a mom and all. But Kourtney's stepdad, Bruce Jenner, is actually quite surprised that she's doing as well as she is ever since she had little Mason.
There's nothing to make you grow up quite like having a baby. But sure, there are still plenty of people who don't grow up even after having a baby. Bruce Jenner says Kourtney has made some pretty amazing changes. He says, "She's taking motherhood so seriously -- to be honest, even I'm a little amazed... She's breastfeeding so she has to be pretty much with Mason all the time anyway, but she really is taking it seriously and she's doing an amazing job."
While some of us might not think it would be too difficult to grow up once you have a baby, think about the life Kourtney has lived up until now. Even her stepdad believes Kourtney's life has been quite easy. He says, "You know, Kourtney has always been kind of a free agent -- she does what she wants to do... She's gone from being a young person with very few responsibilities to an adult, with some major responsibilities, and she's really growing up." Good for her!
But don't give Kourtney all the credit because Mason's dad, Scott Disick, is also doing quite well. And everyone may be a little bit surprised by that. Jenner says, "He's still a work in progress, don't get me wrong, but he's coming along... You never know how someone is going to handle such big responsibility, but they are doing a great job, both of them are." That's good to know because I think all of us were kind of worried about Scott.
It sounds like Mason has some pretty great babysitters too, in Kim, Kendall, and Kylie. And we can only hope that Khloe Kardashian is getting a little mommy practice in too, before she decides to have her own.
