Kristen Stewart stunned at the premiere of The Runaways Thursday night in Los Angeles. Even without Robert Pattinson on her arm or her basic black, Stewart looked completely at ease in a so-hot pink Doori dress...gorge!

Kristen Stewart had done The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Wednesday night, and surprised no one by hitting the stage in black (click the link for video). Yes, the dress was short and her hair looked great, but what a blockbuster move to show up at The Runaways red carpet at the ArcLight Cinema in vibrance! Her hair and skin looked fab as she put on her usual pout for the cameras. Photogs had fun snapping pics of the soda-can bracelet Stewart was wearing...is that a gift from Rob?

As we stated, Robert Pattinson wasn't there...but Taylor Lautner was. While some sites have suggested that Lautner attended The Runaways premiere as Kristen Stewart's date, we have not seen a single photo of them together from the night.

Kristen Stewart took time to pose with co-star Dakota Fanning, and the inspirations for the characters Stewart and Fanning played (Joan Jett and Cherie Currie). What did Kristen Stewart say about working with Dakota Fanning for the flick? "Working this closely with someone, you can't help but really become bonded with them and it really helps when you actually like them and can become really good friends."
