The Hills star still gets a dose of reality.

Kristin Cavallari has just given, um, a revealing new interview where she shares her most embarrassing moment ever. (Disclaimer: she warns, "I don't know if this is appropriate or not" -- in other words, pray this never happens to you.)

"My most embarrassing moment was at a photo shoot, and, I was on my period, and I had to wear like little booty shorts and lingerie." Then Cavallari says that the stylist for the shoot spotted a string hanging from her shorts, and what the stylist did to try to solve the wardrobe malfunction is just unthinkable. "The stylist was looking at me and she was like, 'You have a string hanging from your little underwear'. She came over and pulled on my tampon string! That was a little embarrassing!"
