Lady Gaga Offered a Vegas Show

But will she take it?

It's a pretty big honor to be offered your own show in Vegas. But usually it seems to be an honor reserved for performers who are nearing the end of their careers and don't want to tour around the world anymore. So, is it something Lady Gaga would do?

Lady Gaga sold out two shows in December at Las Vegas's Palms Casino Resort and she had the owner, George Maloof, quite impressed. And rumor has it that Maloof is not getting set to offer Lady Gaga a multimillion dollar deal to have her own show at the Palms. In fact, he wants Gaga to headline a nightly act.

What an honor! Maloof said of Lady Gaga, "She was just so professional... She's not a partier. That was really refreshing... She's dedicated to being the top artist in the world." And as someone who is aiming to be the top artist in the world, I just don't see Lady Gaga setting it all aside for a show in Las Vegas. She needs to keep traveling the world and getting the attention of everyone.

But then again, it hasn't been stated how long the stint would last. If it is just for a couple months, maybe a Vegas show would be wise for Lady Gaga to accept. After all, Mariah Carey and Celine Dion had really successful Vegas shows. Though they were both much further along in their careers and older in age.
