Lauren Conrad Helps Us Get Pretty
I can't believe that Lauren Conrad already has a NYT best seller under her belt! The former Hills star and fashion designer has another book coming out in February 2010, and now she's going to be telling us how to dress in an upcoming style guide. Did anyone else find her selections really, really boring?
Lauren Conrad Style will be published by Harper Collins in the fall of 2010, and it's said that her new book will have a ton of never-before-seen images of the "style icon" as well as tips on imitating her cool and classic look. If it's cool and classic like her Kohl's collection, I'm going to have to pass.
"I am really excited to write a style guide," said Conrad in a release. "I think fashion should be fun and reflective of who you are. When you wear clothes you feel good in, it shows in everything you do. I know this guide will offer simple, practical tips to help anyone look fabulous."
If you simply can't handle the suspense, you can get your hands on Lauren's Sweet Little Lies in February, as a follow-up to L.A. Candy. She'll be doing a ten-city book tour, too, so if you want her to sign away, you can do that, too.
While she definitely looks cute and classic, I've heard more than a handful of fashionable girls call her boring. No thanks! What do you think about Lauren's new style guide? Excited, or not so much?
