Dean Sheremet's done giving -- now he wants to be paid.

LeAnn Rimes' husband recently filed for divorce, and new details about the split have just surfaced. Looks like Dean Sheremet's done playing Mr. Nice Guy...and LeAnn will have to get her checkbook out.

We're waiting on exact financial figures, but it's said Dean Sheremet wants LeAnn not only to pay alimony, but he also wants her to fork over the amount of his court and laywer fees. (Sheremet is a former Rimes backup dancer who enrolled in a New York culinary school after LeAnn's affair was exposed.)

And there's more: Sheremet and his lawyer Stacy D. Phillips have filed a request to the court that would set Sheremet free of paying spousal support to LeAnn Rimes. We'd heard Dean Sheremet was getting stronger after his split with Rimes, but this level of hardball we weren't quite expecting.
