Levi Johnston's Suing for Joint Custody
Levi Wants Time with Tripp
Levi Johnston might be getting a lot of press for letting his stuff take center stage in Playgirl, but he's also a serious dad. The 19-year-old is currently preparing to get joint custody of his son Tripp now that his engagement has been off with Bristol Palin a good deal of the year--and he doesn't have rights to their son Tripp.
The dad of 10-month-old Tripp has alleges that the Palins aren't making it easy for his to see his son, and that he wants to sue for joint custody by the end of the month. The guy who was almost the son-in-law of Sarah Palin said that "It's not working. I'm done," when asked about the custody issues. "It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge," he continued.
Gee, could this have something to do with Levi's recent on-air blowup about Sarah Palin, in which he said on national television that she's a hypocrite? He had dished on what the Palin household was really like, at least from his perspective, so it's no wonder that Sarah and Bristol aren't giving him a ring to come visit, however wrong that is!
Sarah Palin's lawyer, Thomas Van Flein, told The Guardian Oct. 30 that, "Other than noting that Tripp's father is always welcome to visit his son, we are unable to respond to these allegations as it is inappropriate to discuss child custody matters publicly."
Let's see how things turn out between Bristol and Levi Johnston--they are definitely in for a bumpy ride.
