We've been hearing for a long time now that Lily Allen will be quitting music (for now!) for a career in fashion. And now it sounds like she's taking her fashion career one step further by filming a fashion-based reality series.
We truly hope Lily Allen is successful in all these endeavours because we think she's an amazingly talented girl who's just screwed up a few times. Do you think she has what it takes to make it in the fashion world?
We've been reporting for a while now that Lily Allen and her sister are opening a vintage shop in London called Lucy in Disguise (such a clever name!) and now it looks like the public will get an up close and personal look at her latest adventure. According to the UK's Channel 4, "It is happening. The name and how many shows there will be is still undecided. It is due to go out early next year."
Fashion reality shows are definitely the thing to do these days and it will be interesting to see how Lily Allen's succeeds. After all, fellow UK musician Dannii Minogue is also starting a fashion career and a reality series to go along with it, Project D. Are there too many British former musicians jumping into the fashion field with reality shows? We'll have to wait and see.
