Biography

Audrina Cathleen Patridge was born on May 9, 1985 in Downey, California and grew up in Yorba Linda, California. She has three younger siblings.

When she was 18, she moved to Los Angeles where she took acting classes and drama classes. She also took a job as a receptionist at Quixote Studios. It wasn't long before the brunette was discovered. Patridge was asked to join the cast of a new MTV reality show called The Hills, starring Laguna Beach favorite Lauren Conrad. She accepted and soon became friends with Conrad and other cast member Heidi Montag. The show has been a huge success garnering some of MTV's highest ratings. Patridge has been a cast member for seasons 1 through 6 but recently revealed that season 6 will be her last.

Over the course of The Hills, she's been involved in several story lines. Two of the most prominent were her two-year relationship with The Hills' bad boy Justin ‘Bobby' Brescia and her conflict with Lauren ‘Lo' Bosworth, Conrad's friend from Laguna Beach.

During Patridge's time on The Hills, she also expanded her acting career with stints on television shows and a couple feature films. She did a few guest TV spots playing herself on Do Not Disturb, MADtv, and Family Guy.

In 2008, Patridge was cast as Kelsey in Into the Blue 2: The Reef, a sequel to the Jessica Alba/Paul Walker 2005 flick, Into the Blue. She stars alongside Chris Carmack, Laure Vandervoort, and Michael Graziadei in the flick, which was filmed in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2008. After plans for a theatrical release, the film went straight to DVD.

Patridge's big screen debut came in 2009 in the thriller Sorority Row. She stars opposite Rumer Willis and Carrie Fisher. She, along with five other cast members, won the Female Star of the Future award at ShoWest for the performance.

In addition to acting in film and television, Patridge is the face of Carl's Jr. advertising campaign.

Patridge's personal life is frequently featured in weekly tabloid magazines. She's been romantically linked to The Hills' co-star's Justin ‘Bobby' Brescia and Brody Jenner, former beau Corey Bohan, and most recently, Star Trek star Chris Pine. Also, in February 2009, her house was broken into. And in early 2008, nude photos of her were leaked online. She later claimed they were taken when she was new to LA and naive.

In 2009, Patridge also revealed she will be starring in her own show on MTV after she leaves The Hills tentatively called The Audrina Patridge Show.
