Lindsay Lohan Forced to do DUI Program
It's about time!
According to her father, Lindsay Lohan really needs some sort of alcohol education program. Not that we ever want to agree with Michael Lohan, but Lindsay isn't exempt from the law and should be following her court orders. And now she's being forced into it.
And you know, this program could actually help her a bit. If you believe everything you hear, Lindsay is still having trouble with substances and, while it would probably be best for her to go back to rehab, an alcohol education program couldn't hurt. And Judge Marsha Revel is telling Lindsay she needs to step it up.
Lindsay wasn't present at Tuesday's court session in Beverly Hills, but the judge was still talking to her. And I'm sure Lindsay isn't happy with what she had to say. According to Judge Revel, "I am going to order [that] this has to be done. It's been long enough... This has to be a top priority whether she has a job somewhere else or doesn't or something else comes up... This has to be done once a week."
Yup, you heard that right. Lindsay Lohan has to go to her alcohol education classes once a week until June 15, 2010. Well, that's going to put a damper on her partying! And it might even put a damper on her professional life as well, as the judge reiterates, "Right now, the other things will take second place and this will take first place."
