Lindsay Lohan Goes Scot-Free
A bit less drama for the drama queen.
The lady of the leggings is no longer wanted by police. A Beverly Hills judge removed the warrant for Lohan's arrest that was issued on Friday after Lohan's attorney proved that the "actress" has been compliant with her alcohol education classes.
As expected, Lindsay was not in court today to hear the judge's ruling. Neither were we, but we hear it went a little something like this: "The warrant is quashed and set aside," Judge Marsha Revel said. "I've seen additional proof ... that Lohan has been compliant with [her] program. There is no indication of dirty [drug] tests."
According to Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, "This was all much to do about nothing. [Lohan] has satisfied all the conditions of her probation, and I have every expectation that she'll successfully complete those terms."
Hmm...that makes one of us, I guess.
Apparently, the miscommunication with the court occurred "when [Lohan] had been in one program but left that program" for another due to a "personality conflict."
Why are we not surprised by that?
Speaking of personality conflicts, the brawler was involved in, well, a brawl this weekend with GF, Samantha Ronson. Shocking, right? Police were called to the house after neighbors complained about the throngs of paparazzi that were gathered outside to witness the latest melee between the ladies.
Someday the law is gonna catch up with Linds. Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow. But soon.
