Fashion with a purpose? How about fashion that helps keep the paparazzi away? Lindsay Lohan is feeling the idea and we have a feeling lots of other celebrities will be too. But how exactly can a purse keep the paparazzi away?
A telecommunications student at NYU is working on developing a purse that will actually keep the paparazzi away. If released, this could change the way we get celebritie photos forever.
So, how does it work? The purses will actually have their own flash and trigger built into them. So when a paparazzi's camera goes off, the purses flash will also automatically go off and the resulting photo will be destroyed. It's kind of genius, isn't it?
We hear that Lindsay Lohan has already ordered 3 of the purses that will likely be out next spring. Too bad because pictures of Lindsay Lohan provide us endless entertainment. Whenever she wants to go out drinking and to get crazy all she has to do is bring one of these purses with her and we'll never see the result.
However, we wonder if the designer understands the importance of fashion and glam to celebrities. If the purses aren't super cute and designer-like, we doubt any celebrities are going to be carrying them around. No matter how useful they are! But it's possible that eventually, the technology could be built in to any designer purse.
