London Olympics Lines Up Madonna, McCartney, Spice Girls?
A Spice Girls Reunion at the 2012 Olympics?
The 2012 London Olympics are lining up some big performers for what promises to be an amazing collection of top names.
Among the performances, fans could get a Spice Girls reunion.
Organizers also list Madonna, Sir Paul McCartney, the Rolling Stones, Simon and Garfunkel, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd.
The Spice Girls reunion is not yet a done deal, though a source tells RadarOnline: "Mel B is pushing for it to happen. It would be an opportunity of a lifetime for the band to perform in front of a worldwide audience in front of the best athletes in their country. The holdout seems to be Victoria Beckham. She has so much going on ... and she isn't agreeing to it - yet!"

Nothing, however, is yet set in stone, with People.co.uk reporting that "Bands are currently being approached. The tickets will sell out in no time. Everything is being done to make sure this will the biggest music extravaganza ever. It is going to be huge. The hope is that the organizers can persuade some of the most successful and popular music acts ever to perform."
The concert performances will span 12 nights, beginning July 28 and ending during the August 12 closing ceremony.
Those hoping for a Spice Girls reunion shouldn't count it out just yet, as they could use the Summer Olympics to help promote their musical "Viva Forever."
