The Reason: Diaz Reportedly Flirted With the Wrong Guy

This is so high school we can hardly stand it: Madonna reportedly refused to invite Cameron Diaz to her annual Oscars party, and it was all because of a boy. Worse: It wasn't even her boy (toy).

The boy in question: Ashton Kutcher. Demi Moore, the rehabbing estranged wife of Kutcher, was apparently peeved that Diaz had gotten friendly with Kutcher at a Golden Globes party in January, so Moore called up Madonna and asked her to cross Cami's name off the invite list. Even though she's still holed up at Utah's Cirque Lodge and wasn't even going to be at the party.

Or, to put that story in its proper context: Demi, like, totally heard that Cameron was all up in Ashton's grill at the Golden Globes party, so like, she called Madonna, and was like all, "Madge, you totally cannot invite that skank Cameron to your Oscars party, because she was totally flirting with Ashton at the Globes party last week!"

"Demi was instrumental in the guest list and told Madonna there was no way in hell Cameron should be allowed over the threshold," a "source" says, in a story reported at AZCentral.com.

Meanwhile, though Diaz probably wasn't too sad to be left out by the mean girls, she did miss out on a fantastic party favor. The New York Post reports Madonna gave guests are her Oscar party special hand-embossed Gucci luggage.

"A Gucci artisan from Florence, whose workbench will be set up on-site, will hand-emboss initials of attending Oscar winners, nominees and special guests on signature pieces of luggage as celebratory gifts," a source told the Post.

Kinda makes you less enthusiastic about that personalized wine charm you got at the Oscar soiree you attended, huh?
